The results are in...

After much debating, praying and hashing out the pros and cons Ryan and I have decided to go to Utah State! We will be there for 2 years while Ryan gets his Masters in Exercise Physiology. We are really excited to finally know where we are going and now we can finally start packing and planning! Wish us luck!

My little girl is 8 months old!

Wow! I can't believe that Kyrah is 8 months old today. That is crazy! I feel like just yesterday she was born! Being a mom is such a wonderful thing! Oh, Happy Mother's day! (Late). This week has been super busy for me because I have been gone on vacation for the past couple of weeks. However, that is a whole other post.

I have decided to say 8 things that Kyrah can do now that she is 8 months old:

1. She can now eat solid foods (as long as they are soft or she can "gum" them)
2. She can grab things with her fingers (however, she doesn't quite get the hand to mouth things yet with small things. She can do it with big things like crackers etc.)
3. Her favorite food is cherrios. (I know that that is not something you can "do", but just work with me here!)
4. She love to dance! (Really though, she has done that since was about 3 months old...but she dances to anything from a commercial to daddy's whistling.)
5. She can clap all by herself.
6. She can wave "bubye!"
7. She can go from sitting, to being on her back, to being on her stomach in about 5 seconds. (She is really fast...but no crawling yet. I feel that that will happen any day now!)
8. She loves to give kisses! (And by that I mean she loves to open her mouth and stick her tongue out and lick your cheek, nose, or forehead. Crazy girl! But what a sweetheart.)

She is an amazing little girl and is learning new things every day. She is such a chill baby! She is so good to just sit and play with her toys. She does have her moments, but overall she is such an easy baby! I am so blessed! I am sure I am going to have to watch out whenever the next one comes though! lol! I really need to be better about writing all of this down because the time is just slipping away from me. I am going to make a goal to do better with that. She is growing up so fast! We love her and are so grateful that Heavenly Father allowed us to raise this little girl! What a joy she is! We love you Kyrah!
